Arms: of Stewart of Rosland, or Rosling, as recorded 1672-77.-Gold, a fess chequy blue and silver, in chief a red lion passant guardant. CREST: A blue anchor in pale, ensigned with a man´s heart proper. MOTTO: "Tam_fidus_quam_ fixus"(Lyon Register). [Plate IV., fig. 52.]
