We have a range of different services to fulfill the objects of the society for philanthropic, historical, genealogical and kinship.

  • Stewart Society Library - our extensive, flourishing library includes a wealth of information on different aspects of the Stewarts through out time. This is open, by special arrangement, to both members of the Society and to members of the public who are visiting us at the Stewart Society Headquarters in George Street, Edinburgh.
  • Stewart Society Museum - a growing collection of items brought together from Stewart history. This is open, by special arrangement, to both members of the Society and to members of the public who are visiting us at the Stewart Society Headquarters in George Street, Edinburgh.
  • Stewart Society Archive - includes family papers of over 200 Stewart families. These include family trees, genealogies, birthbriefs, heraldic items, manuscript family histories and much more. This is open, by special arrangement, to both members of the Society and to members of the public who are visiting us at the Stewart Society Headquarters in George Street, Edinburgh.
  • Stewart Society Benevolent Fund - open for application from any Stewarts who are pursuing an education at one of the world's oldest and most well known universities - St Andew's University, Fife, Scotland. The Benevolent Fund has been open since ...
